IS A HOME
INSPECTION REALLY NECESSARY?
The
answer to that question is, "yes, you absolutely need a home
inspection to protect yourself from what could be a financial
disaster." Per a real estate buyers' survey, the average buyer
only looks at a house for twenty minutes before summiting a
contract to purchase. A professional home inspector will take
two and a half to three hours to inspect the complete house
including the roof, the structure, testing the heating system,
the electric and a/c systems, the plumbing, the foundation,
attic, crawl space and the complete exterior just to mention a
few areas of inspection. It is estimated that in a standard
home inspection a professional home inspector will inspect and
test over four hundred items.
Most homes sold today are sold “as is” However, you may not
want the house if the inspector finds a $15,000 chimney
problem or a $5000 furnace replacement repair.
If for some reason you are inclined to skip the home
inspection, please call G. Warren Home Inspection at

Buyers - Avoid this costly mistake! Get a home inspection. Uncle Joe looked at the house and he thought it was ok. Boy, am I sorry I did not get a home inspection? Now that we are moved in, we are finding a lot of expensive hidden repair.
This is a really expensive repair that our inspector discovered in a Elizabeth, New Jersey inspection.
Chimney: (Brick and mortar)
More than general maintenance of chimney and
flashing is required to avoid water problems.
Loose bricks and cracked crown noted, the chimney
needs brick pointing and crown repair to reduce the
risk of water entry and further damage, recommend
evaluation by a licensed contractor before closing. R-09-16-19 N. BR.

The official website for the city of Elizabeth New Jersey is www.elizabethnj.org
History of Elizabeth, Elizabeth, originally called "Elizabethtown" and part of the Elizabethtown Tract, was founded in 1664 by English settlers. The town was not named for Queen Elizabeth I as many people may assume, but rather for Elizabeth, wife of Sir George Carteret, one of the two original Proprietors of the colony of New Jersey. She was the daughter of Philippe de Carteret II, 3rd Seigneur de Sark and Anne Dowse. The town served as the first capital of New Jersey. During the American Revolutionary War, Elizabethtown was continually attacked by British forces based on Manhattan and Staten Island, culminating in the Battle of Springfield which decisively defeated British attempts to gain New Jersey. After independence, it was from Elizabethtown that George Washington embarked by boat to Manhattan for his 1789 inauguration. Parks In or near Elizabeth New Jersey Warinanco Park, St. George Ave, Roselle NJ. 07036 phone 908-527-4000
Great park to visit. We have come here for the I've skating rink many times. It's not overcrowded, so is more enjoyable, especially for those who might be new to ice skating, etc. I've also been to this facility for a business expo. It was a genuinely nice affair. It was neat to see the facility be used for this purpose, and it worked quite well! Mattano Park, 360-484 5th Ave, Elizabeth NJ 07202 phone 908-527-4000
Comment by Steven, For the past 16 years that I lived here I have seen a lot of work going into this beautiful park. Soccer field, cool skate boarding ramps, 2 baseball fields, half a mile asphalt walkway. Big fun for the entire family Kellogg Park, 1145 Fanny St., Elizabeth NJ 07201 phone 908-820-4220
Not a lot of people early morning. Lots of shade if you don’t want to get sun. However, the park has a lot of trash. The city still has the swings locked together. Genuinely nice trail to walk or run and social distance. Pay attention to the pattern and you will be good.
